My name is Janeece Smith, and I am a professional real estate agent. I do not take the title lightly, nor should anyone to whom service and dedication is important. I grew up riding, buying and selling horses. I have spent most of my life on the back of a horse. From one horse sale to the next and various other events. This life was very demanding leaving little to no time for family and some of the other things in life I wanted to do. They are a beautiful animal and have many great qualities. I have learned allot from horses like patience and understanding. Horses were my life. I learned a long time ago that seeing the smiles on peoples face’s when they learn to ride or bought their first horse was the best thing about my job. 

I decided to make a job change. I wanted something that still was fulfilling for me like the horses were but still a job I could use my horses in to keep them involved in my life. Selling real estate is fun and i still get to see the smiles on people's faces when they purchase that perfect property. This is why I do my job for the feeling I get when a client is happy. In Jan 2010 a client and I walk out of the title company here in Goldendale and he all the sudden said I need a hug, grabbed me and was jumping up and down, he just bought his first piece of property. This made my day and my job worth all the work!

 I moved to Goldendale, wa in the fall of 2004 to help my Aunt who lived here, she purchased Three Creeks Resort in 2002 and is still is the remodeling process. I met and started dating Joe Johnson who owned Goldendale Exhaust on Broadway Street here in town. So if you need mechanical work on your vehicles, stop by and see him, he would be glad to help you. We now live together on woodland road and are very happy. Joe has a boy named Robbie who loves his 4-wheeler and life itself. He is a straight A student, play's the piano, French horn and trumpet! He will go far in life.

Our hobbies are snow and water skiing, snowmobile, 4X4ing, camping, fishing, horseback riding, boating, car cruises and many other things related to the great outdoors. That is what we love so much about this area. We are close enough to many outdoor activities to keep us busy.

I have partnered up with Rob Wing who has lived and worked in Goldendale, WA since 1983. He is an avid outdoorsman and knows Klickitat County as home. He has a Master's Degree in Business Education from Central Washington University, and he uses his business and communication skills to meet individual client needs.
